Lone Tree and Mormon Tea Traditional Cache

EZPZ cache, almost a park and grab, except for the getting to the parking place which is out on a FWD road that goes from roads off of Lakeside Dr. all the way to the Mt. Rose Hwy, via Timberline. The road is a bit rough right now, especially the southern approach. That is the reason for the terrain rating. Once you get there there is a nice dry pullover and the cache would be a 1 terrain at that point except it is placed too high to reach from a wheelchair.
There is a lone tree and a really big patch of Mormon Tea nearby. Nice views looking down on S. Reno from here too. The cache is in the tree.
