Find the NANO-CACHE at the information board. Remember, this is a NANO cache which is the size of the tip of your pinky finger with a tiny log book inside. Be sure to bring a pen because I couldnt find a NANO-PEN to put in it! lol Good luck.
From this location one could argue (or at least I can) that is the the most central point of all tourism in Taiwan. The #1 tourist spot in Taiwan is Sun Moon Lake and the most visited spot at Sun Moon Lake is right at this spot. From this spot, it is surrounded by hotels, restaurants, shops and it is the place where tourists catch a tour boat to see the lake in style!
