For the sake of this cache series, the definition of "Winter Friendly" only means it is highly unlikely the cache will ever be covered with snow and should remain visible throughout winter. None of the caches in this series will be placed on the ground or on any surface that collects snow. You may still be required to wade through knee-deep snow to get to some of the caches, climb steep and slippery inclines, and might even get your car stuck once or twice. And several of them are going to be REALLY challenging to retrieve even after you spot them! But true to their word, they'll all be easy to find and you'll never have to dig through the snow looking for any them.
All of the caches in this series (with the exception of one) are bison tubes.
There is PI nearby but you don't have to get close it to retrieve the cache. Just be aware of it.
