Some believe you make your own luck, others think there are items and rituals that can give you good luck for a day or bad luck for 7 years. The symbols that portray good or bad luck are open to interpretation. Some symbols such as ladybugs and 4 leaf clovers are universally thought to bring good fortune, but others have very different interpretations depending on the culture or simply the position of the object.
This is a five part series. The first four caches are related to several symbols and there interpretations. The final is a mystery cache. You will get the coordinates for the mystery cache from the four traditional caches.
Good Luck:
Finding a penny is considered lucky and gives rise to the saying, "Find a penny, pick it up, and all the day you'll have good luck."
Bad Luck:
One gets rid of bad luck by dropping a penny tails side up on the ground. But the bad luck will go with the coin and be acquired by the next person to pick it up.
