In Fighting Creek Park off Rt. 13 in Powhatan. If you're in a hurry you can park at the library and follow the 'disc golf' trail. This cache is near hole #4 (hence the name), about a 10 minute hike. When you pass hole #2, look for 'Cedar Watch' if you haven't already found it.
Seems they have changed the the goals around. It's now near goal #16.
Time allowing, don't pass up this beautiful park. Nice trails with lots of critters, so bring the young'uns. And watch your step when close to this one, there are 'beds' next to nearby logs.
Cache is large enough for coins and not much else. A gold coin for FTF.
Might wanna CITO this one, the 'disc'ers' haven't been nice.
