Last month, a cache was put out (Frank's Resolution! GC2KXWW) to help a local cacher work on his 2011 New Year's resolution. Well I got the FTF on it and I felt kind of bad so I wanted to make it up to Frank by putting this cache out.

So...Go! Frank, Go! A black belt hangs in the balance! And this time I will not get in your way Happy caching!
