U need to get on the OLD road BEHIND Matewan to find this..
U are looking for a clear long cylinder that only contains a log.. So dont forget to BYOP... and please place this back exactly where u found it..
Be very steathly and watch out for muggles.. this is in sight of the matewan downtown so I am sure U are going to be seen by a lot of people if u are NOT careful!!
Ok after whbaisden's FTF I just wanted to make a note that u dont need to climb the wall for this one or the hill side.. U can stand on the black top and get this one at ground zero..
