There seems to be a proliferation of new suburbs springing up around the place - this one is so new that there's nothing there yet! At least they've decided on a name...
It'll be interesting to see what develops here - in the meantime, this micro should provide a good excuse to keep an eye on the neighbourhood.
Some stealth is required due to muggle traffic, especially during peak times. Please return the cache as you found it.

From the temporary fencing at GZ it looks like the industrial development might make accessing this one problematic, so I've relocated it slightly to hopefully keep it available and updated the hint slightly. This actually seems like a better position anyway, although you will be slightly more exposed to passing traffic. Coords haven't changed.
