GoForBroke: The cache was nestled snugly adjacent to a fence post comprising the split-rail fence that ran along that area. Note the past tense. The fence posts have rotted away, or are otherwise no longer there, and the cache is gone. It had a good run and many cachers enjoyed it. Thanks to all.

The cache is in the Tualatin Hills Nature Park on Millikan, and placed with appropriate approvals. The cache is accessible from the trail. In fact, if you go off-trail looking for this cache: a) you're in the wrong place; and b) you're jeopardizing this and future caches in this park! Please observe all Park rules, including being open dawn to dusk (no night access, sorry), and the aforementioned staying on the trail.
The cache is a waterproof match container covered by cammo tape.
