Geocache Description:


It is not commonly known that a tiny species of shark inhabits our freshwater streams. They swim up these, not to spawn, but to avoid being lunch for some big fish. A casual hiker would likely assume they are just minnows, but an observant geocacher would never be fooled. More remarkable is the fact that they will even leave the water, and hide on land to avoid predators. Tiny sharks find that decon containers make excellent hiding places.
