Park at the provided coordinates. There is plenty of off road parking and the area is plowed in the winter. Park in the lot at the foot of Shades Beach Road. From there you will need to walk north to the boat launching area and then east to the creek.
Shades Beach Park encompasses a large area along Eight Mile Creek where there are trails, woodlands, play areas, picnic grounds, a beach area, and boat launch. Featuring two complete organized picnic facilities; each with complete kitchen operations, shared restrooms and playground facilities, and horseshoe courts.
Please be courteous, clean and respectful of the area. Please use stealth when fishermen or hikers are nearby. Please rehide the cache at least as good as you found it.
