The Wells Wander is a 6 mile circular walk between Market Bosworth and Sutton Cheney, which is being released in stages. There are places to eat and drink at either end of the walk and it hopefully offers a nice mix of hides and challenges. The walk comprises a quiet gated metalled road and the Leicestershire Round footpath. Market Bosworth is a pleasant small town with a wide range of amenities including shops, pubs, toilets, teashops, restaurants and a sweetshop!
The cache resides at the bottom of Sutton Lane in Market Bosworth so could be done as a cahe and dash. This is the start of the gated lane that runs from Market Bosworth to Sutton Cheney. Note – it is used extensively by walkers and cyclists as traffic is minimal. However, the odd vehicle does use it, so be careful with the Geokids.
Accessible for wheel-chair users and small children, but help required to retrieve the cache.
