WWFM "Bragging in Basin" is a part of WWFM VIII - A World Wide Flash Mob coordinated event.
A Flash Mob is a large group of people who assemble suddinly in a public place, do something unusual for a brief period of time, then quickly disperse.
Activity List and Schedule:
Stay Away at least 50 yds from ground zero until you get the signal! Pretend and act like a "muggle".
11:00 AM - At exactly 11:00 AM as determined by the GPS Clock, (the Court House Clock) you will get the signal - A bucket will be placed at the designed coordinates (near the steps of the Court House) to signify the start of the event. You may then converge on the bucket for the offical event. Log sheets will be handed out or better yet, bring your own with your name on it. Bring your own writing stick. Sign the log and put it in the bucket. Then commence the bragging or what ever that cachers do when gathered.
11:06 AM - Assemble for the group picture to submit to the World Wide Event.
11:10 AM - A Log slip will be pulled for the FTF.
11:13 AM - The snack will be handed out.
11:14 AM - One Minute left to get your log in the bucket. Will be called out.
11:15 AM - ITS OVER !! The bucket will be picked up and everyone must leave "Ground Zero". If you missed placing your log sheet in the pail, you missed the event.
If everything goes right we will have lots of people converging on one spot for a 15 minute geocaching event and then disappearing. Should be fun and very confusing to the observing muggles.
Remember Please Pratice CITO for the event.
