Visit beautiful Cottle Lake in Linley Valley Park to find this cache. There are many entrances to Linley Valley but my favourite parking spot is at the end of Burma Road. No bushwacking is required, follow trails all the way to gz.
Another in a series of caches intended to show you good places for seeing birds and wildlife while you hunt for a cache. Not only are the waterfowl abundant on the lake but I have also seen herons, blackbirds, kinglets, chickadees, thrushes, flycatchers, finches, sparrows, nuthatches, flickers and more. I've also seen kingfishers perched watching for fish, a family of merlins learning to hunt and woodpeckers hollowing out logs.
Respect the sensitive plants and watch out for other animals in the area like deer, raccoons, rabbits, frogs and especially the many muggles using the trails.
Please use care when handling the cache and replace as found.
FTF prize is an unactivated tb tag. Happy caching!
CONGRATS TO Mr. Wilson & a Mt. Goat ON THE FTF!!
