Here's a little something to break up the long drive on 395.
This part of the highway is frequently used to make up time lost on the curves going over Battle Mtn Summit. After placing this cache and hitting the highway to Pendleton, I looked down and noticed I was going 70MPH. I looked back in my rear view mirror and saw another vehicle coming up FAST! I was passed like I was standing still! So when you pull over and merge back on, be very careful. Although the traffic is infrequent they are definitely on the move.
You're looking for a camo-painted lock-n-lock. Watch out for the barbed wire.
