Geocache Description:

This cache is at Manganji temple.

Cache is hidden near the temple gate of Izurusan Mnganji temple.
There are a lot of buckwheat noodle shops in the circumference of the temple.
I recommend a buckwheat noodle of “Izuruya”.

満願寺は、真言宗のお寺で坂東三十三箇所の第17番札所でもあります。
ここでは、毎年「寒晒しそば祭り」があります。
その工程は、清流でアクを抜き、厳冬の屋外で乾燥させて作る幻の蕎麦だそうです。
満願寺周辺には蕎麦屋が沢山あり、特に「いずるや」の蕎麦はお勧めです。
また、満願寺までには、国内でも有数の石灰工場地帯があります。
真夏でも一面銀世界となる、とても幻想的な場所です。
キャッシュは、満願寺の山門付近に隠しました。
