Geocache Description:

Das Schubart – Denkmal nahe Würchwitz. Johann Christian Schubart, Edler von Kleefeld geboren am 24. Februar 1734 in Zeitz gestorben am 23. April 1787 in Würchwitz, war ein bedeutender Landwirt im 18. Jahrhundert. Er förderte den Kleeanbau in Deutschland. Zu Ehren von Johann Christian Schubart, Edler von Kleefeld wurde im Jahre 1851 ein Denkmal errichtet, welches z.Z restauriert wird. Jährlich im Juni feiert die Gemeinde seitdem das Kleefest.
