Allergy Test Traditional Cache

Another cache in celebration of our 3rd Geocaching Anniversary!
Located in an undeveloped recreational park in Castle Rock. The cache is tucked away, waiting for discovery!
The park is built on dredge spoils from the Cowlitz River as a result of the 1980 Mt St Helens eruption. The area changes a lot with every season, and certain times of the year the air will be abundant with pollen from fir, scotch broom, alder and cottonwood to name a few. Things are growing, blooming and even dying of old age. Pretty impressive considering they didn’t think anything would grow on that volcanic silt!
This hide is not a PNG. It’s meant to be more of a challenge, so as long as your allergies don’t send you into sneezing fits, enjoy the search! And, thank you for carefully putting it back the way you found it! ;)
NOTES:
1. Lots of potholes in this park, be careful. At time of placement, we got around in our little Yaris. If you have a low slung vehicle, you may need to park it at some point and go for a nice little walk.
2. If you do a little CITO while you visit, give yourself a hug! Please let us know if you encounter anything horrible near any of our caches. Thanks!
CONGRATULATIONS to 'at play by JC'! Not only for FTF but for remembering to prepare for THE most IMPORTANT day of the YEAR tomorrow!!!
