DEUTSCH:
Lustschlösschen in historisierenden mittelalterlichen Bauformen: Bruchsteinmauerwerk, spitzbogige Fenster, Treppengiebel, Erkertürmchen, Löffelscharten als Lichtspender. 1886/1888 von Josef von Zastrow aus Preußen erbaut. 1902 erwarb die Gemeinde Eppan das Schlössl mit den beiden Seen, ehemals im Besitz der Grafen Wolkenstein-Trostburg. Das Schlössl war Wohnsitz des Eppaner Malers Max Sparer (1886 - 1968).

Castelletto costruito in forme medievali nel 1886/1888 dal prussiano Josef von Zastrow. La costruzione ha muri in conci di pietra, finestre ad arco acuto, bovindo a torrino e feritoie a cucchiaio. Dal 1902 con i due laghi di Monticolo, precedentemente dei Conti Wolkenstein-Trostburg, in proprieta` del Comune di Appiano. Il pittore Max Sparer (1886 - 1968) utilizzo` il castelletto quale abitazione.

Small, castle-like summer residence built in 1886/1888 by the Prussian Josef von Zastrow. The romanticised medieval style displaying walls in coursed ashlar, a stepped gable, pointed arched windows, loophole openings and a turret bay. 1902 passed on together with the property of the two Montiggler lakes former owners were the Counts of Wolkenstein-Trostburg to the Municipality Eppan/Appiano. Residence of the local painter Max Sparer (1886-1968).
