1st hour parking is free.

Easy find, I hope you find it on a nice day and it makes you appreciate Boise.
It is there so let use it. You are looking for a film canister with a writing stick. Experienced cachers will have no problem with this hide. I want this to be an easy pleasant cache in the downtown area, just beware of muggles during weekdays. The best time to find this cache is on a Sunday when the downtown area is very quiet.
