Hwy 26 past Welches, right on Salmon River Rd. Cache is a very short distance from main traihead on Old Salmon River Trail. Trailhead parking pass required.
Paul was born on Valentines day and loved animals, especially dogs. This cache is dedicated to dogs in memory of Paul.
The ammo box cache contains dog related items and we ask that you exchange a dog related item. No pet treats please as they attract woodsy creatures.
Please post a picture of your dog. We'd especailly love a picture of your dog at the site. Pictures of people and the area are also welcome.
This is a beautiful forest. It is just a short way to the trail that follows the river. Expect to see small waterfalls, ferns galore and moss covered trees.
