This 5.5-mile route included the new bridge over Rock Creek Canyon west of Twin Falls, the project cost $26.6 million plus a $2.3 million flyover that will allow traffic coming from Buhl to go over the top of US 93 and merge onto 93 heading into Twin Falls. The Project contractor was W.W. Clyde Inc. of Springville Utah. The new bypass will allow trucks to bypass most of the Twin Falls city traffic and open up the possibilities of more commercial business along the newly reconstructed route.
This cache is not intended to be very difficult, just a reason to get out and see the new bypass and bridge.
This is a high traffic area, there is a small area to pull off the side of the road, please respect the area, please hide the cache as you found it so that others may enjoy.
