The Honeymooners Traditional Cache
Mr Kite: Well, after a little over 5 years - and several acts of vandalism - I am archiving my favorite cache. It's a real shame that some folks have nothing better to do than destroy something they do not understand. Maybe I'll resurrect it some day under another name. But for now ... say goodnight to Ralph and Ed.

I HAVE REQUESTED SEVERAL TIMES THAT FINDERS NOT UNHOOK THE CARABINER TO GET TO THE CONTAINER. THAT REQUEST HAS FALLEN ON MORE DEAF EARS THAN I CAN COUNT. SO ... I HAVE TAPED THE CARABINER SHUT. I WILL NOW ASK THAT SEARCHERS NOT REMOVE THE TAPE TO GET TO THE CONTAINER. WHEN YOU SEE THE SET-UP YOU WILL SEE THAT IT CAN BE RETRIEVED WITHOUT UNHOOKING.
This cache is my tribute to “The Honeymooners” Ed Norton. For those who are not old enough to remember, look it up. Just the mention of Ed’s name should suggest the location of this cache. The cache is a larger than usual bison tube suspended by 4 feet of small chain. This will enable finders to retrieve/sign without unhooking it. With this in mind, PLEASE DO NOT UNHOOK IT because if it slips out your grip, it’s gone baby! You can literally sit right on top if it and be safe. Beware of potentially high muggle activity.
I AM TOLD THERE MAY BE POISON IVY NEARBY SO WATCH YOUR STEP!
Congrats to hutchjth for the FTF.
(12/15/14 ...So I go to check on this one and discover that it has been untapped and moved. I replaced it where it belongs and re taped the carabiner. When I opened it to check the log sheet, the container had been filled with hot chocolate from last nights Christmas tree lighting. I cleaned it out and put in a fresh log sheet. I live in this neighborhood and it galls me that one of my "neighbors" did this.)
