You're looking for a painted peanut butter jar hidden in a short strip of woods awfully close to I-95. Bring your own writing instrument.
Easy to exit the highway, make your way here, and get back on the highway.
Paint on jar will likely be wearing off any minute now.. (learning how to do this cache-hiding thing). Might be confused with a CITO candidate.
Depending on time of day and where you park, muggles can be a big factor.
Note that the hint provides a dead give-away.

Don't even try to get to this cache from the highway or the exit ramp. Even if it was legal (it's not), you wouldn't want to.
Cache moved from original placement due to construction. Geo-sense always helps here.. as well as hints placed liberally throughout the logs.
