North by North Where Traditional Cache

North By North Where
I was looking on google maps
and found this 'town' and thought the name is quite unique.
I have heard of towns with names like
Beaconsfield Upper or Lower Templestowe, South Morang or Dandenong
North, East Heidleberg and even Upper Combucter West
but I have never heard of a town like
Mooroopna North West!
If you blink while driving through this 'town' you
will miss it,
come to think of it, if you don't blink while driving through you
will still miss it.
But I was wondering why they named it Mooroopna North West
because if my recollection of the compass rose is correct,
(I actually had to look it up) and as it is on a bearing of 295
degress from Mooroopna, so that would make it
Mooroopna West North West
but who am I to quibble with the
authorities.
Anyway, I thought with a name like that it deserved a cache.
The cache is hidden within plain view, kind
of.
