Geocache Description:


This cache marks the south end of a section of trail that connects the Mountain Road Trail to the Moose Loop Trail. It is just another piece of the puzzle known as the Tom Snow Trail, a complicated 28.5 km trail that runs from the Station Flats PRA to the Dawson PRA (near Sibbald Flats). The section between the north end of the Moose Loop Trail and Dawson forms part of the TransCanada Trail system.

The closest access point for the cache is the West Bragg Creek PRA. The trip from the parking co-ordinates to the cache is about 3.3 kms along the Mountain Road Trail with an elevation gain of approximately 90 meters. The cache is a small LnL hanging at knee height, it contains a token FTF reward plus card and 18 Finder’s Cards.
