This is a simple two stages multicache, however it is a Night
Cache with a twist.
The single Yellow Reflector is the important one in each stage
that you will need to find. It is hidden close to the track. The
stage boundaries are defined by obvious reflectors that are above
head height and clear of obstructions.
Start of Stage: White Reflector with Orange stripes
End of Stage: White Reflector, there is one on each side of the
trail.
The single Yellow Reflector in each stage is also on a tree
above head height, at the base of this tree is a plate that
contains the xxx or yyy seconds that your require for GZ.
At the posted coordinates you will find yourself on Coles Track.
Your mission will see you entering the Easterly Coordinates Stage
first, followed shortly thereafter by the second stage which is the
Southerly Coordinates Stage.
From the listed coordinates head west along the Coles Track, you
will soon find a White Reflector with Orange stripes which
signifies the beginning of the stage, continue along the trail
keeping your eyes peeled for the elusive Yellow Reflector. There is
only one of these in each stage. When you find it make your way to
the tree and look for the plate at its base of the tree. There are
a few reflectors here low down to assist finding the plate that
contains numbers xxx, write these down.. they are important..
Continue along the path until you pass the White Reflectors (one on
each side of the trail) which signify the end of this stage.
If you find two White Reflectors and you haven't found the
Yellow one then return along the trail where you came from being
more observant this time.
Otherwise if you have the easterly xxx coordinates, then
continue heading west on this Coles Track.
NB: This listing contains a WP at the mid point between where
the East Stage finishes and the South Stage starts, aswell as at
the far end of Coles Track.
This Southerly Stage is the same as the Easterly however the
Yellow Reflector contains the yyy coordinates you require for the
Southerly Coordinates for GZ. If you get to the two White
Reflectors you have gone too far.
Once you have found both Yellow Reflectors and corresponding
Coordinate Plates. Then enter these as follows to find GZ at:
S 38° 18.yyy E144° 39.xxx
The Cache is a nice sized Amo Tin.
The FTF prize is a FTF TB that I found in Iamapom's GC2N6YD Cache. (I already have one
which I purchased from Iamapom's online shop)
The FTF Geocoin prize TB3YKP3
was won by Oakydog.
This is both my first Multi and my first Night Cache, feedback
most welcome. Enjoy..
