This can be a park and grab for some, or it can be a little bit longer than 5 minutes. It all depends on how many people are out and about or if you can find the cache quickly. This cache does not contain a pen so please bring your own.
At some points of time, this traffic light blinks. At other times of the day, this traffic light does not blink and is just like an average traffic light. The reason for this programming of the traffic light is the school down the block. This makes finding this cache a little hard. If you go during a certain time and find the muggle activity at a minimum, let everyone else know to make it easier on parking. Beware of the muggles and happy hunting!
