I was taking my nightly walk a few weeks ago, and the oddest thing happened. Four oddly-dressed men seemed to have materialized out of thin air not more than 20 feet from where I was. They all seemed to be wearing some kind of uniform, one with a gold long-sleeved shirt, two with blue shirts, and the 4th with a red shirt. . All four had some kind of insignia over their left breast.
I deduced that the one wearing the gold-colored shirt was the leader because he seemed to be giving out instructions to his companions. One of the men with a blue shirt kept staring at me with a very puzzling expression on his face. There was something odd about his face, especially his ears, but in the darkness, I couldn’t quite figure it out. The third member of the party seemed a bit uptight and was always mumbling to the leader about his blood pressure and that he needs to take some “R&R when they get back to base. He seemed very adamant.
All 4 men had devices in their hands resembling GPS units that were emitting very unusual sounds, and were wandering around like geocachers trying to find the cache. All of a sudden there was a sound like a gunshot and the guy in the red shirt dropped dead. The uptight guy in the blue shirt knelt down by the dead companion, looked up at the leader and proclaimed, "He's dead".
At that instant, the leader’s “GPS” emitted a fast, high-pitched sound and he began to point off to the east motioning to his party to cautiously follow him. As they headed off, the guy with the odd face approached me, looked over his shoulder to make sure his companions weren’t watching him, and handed me a small device resembling a bison tube with a terminal at one end. He told me the information in this is extremely sensitive to the entire planet and must not fall into the wrong hands.
I took the device to the local University and showed it to the professor of the computer science department. He examined it and told me that he’s never seen anything like it before. He said it might be a data-storage device but the technology is much more advanced than anything he has ever seen. He asked if he could borrow it, so I lent it to him.
About a week later, the professor called me and said he sent the device to a Professor Emeritus at Cal Tech who was able to access the information stored in it, but was unable to make heads or tails out of it, saying it looked like some kind of foreign language but he was unable to tell me what language it was written in. The only thing he was able to produce are the following two lines of text:

tev'rak tehdah-leh dahkuh, kau-leh naukuh sfekau stehkuh ris veh
