Business park has many professional offices, a college, and hotel. Popular place for jogging, dog walking etc. Please only search during daylight hours to avoid the scrutiny of the security guard that patrols during non-business hours.

UPDATE: The structure, that the cache was hidden in, has been removed. I added a new cache container nearby with adjusted coordinates and also changed the hint. It's hidden approximately 60 feet to the North of the original location now. -Boots-
