You can hold your breath until you turn blue, but why bother? You don't have to get wet to find Baroda's first underwater cache.
This is a fairly quiet spot, but it is visible from a couple of local businesses, so exercise a little stealth. This cache has been muggled twice. It is now a nano cache; please make sure it's not visible when you replace it.
If you can't find this one, you're trying too hard.
