The Madeira Botanical Garden is a great treasure and certainly one of the most famoustourist landmarks of the island of Madeira. Within an area of ??80,000 square meters you will find a truly fascinating collection of over 2500 species of plants.

TELEFÉRICO

O Teleférico do Jardim Botânico, situa-se na Quinta do Bom Sucesso – a sete minutos do centro do Funchal.

The cable car from the Botanical Garden is located on the "Quinta do Bom Sucesso - seven minutes from the city center.

Esta cache foi colocada nesta zona por ser perto destas duas grandes atracções das mais visitadas na ilha da Madeira.
Para chegar a esta cache de autocarro utilize o número 31A e vá até ao fim do percurso.
Para utilizar o Teleférico e visitar o Jardim Botânico é preciso pagar. Para aceder à cache não é preciso pagar. Basta descer o elevador, usufruir de uma visão panorâmica sobre toda a cidade e procurar a cache.
Não danifique o muro! A cache encontra-se num buraco e não no muro.
A cache está acessível apenas neste horário: 10h00 - 17h15

This cache was placed in this area because it is close to two of the most visited attractions on the island of Madeira.
To reach this cache by bus catch number 31A and go till the end of the route.
To use the cable car and visit the Botanical Garden you must pay. To access the cache you do not have to pay. Just go down the elevator, enjoy a panoramic view over the city and look for the cache.Try to be as discreet as possible. Do not damage the wall! The cache is in a hole and not in the wall!
