My thanks to Sheryl Fleming, the park director and also to Mike who works at the park office for assisting me in placing two geocaches in the park. I had a cache in this part of the park a year or so ago but had to move it due to construction. Now I have been able to place a new cache here.
If you are thinking about placing a cache in an Orange County Parks and Recreation area you DO need permission in advance and there are specific guidelines you must follow.These can be obtained at the park office.
I hope you enjoy your visit to this very nice new park. It should be a great place to come for a walk or a picnic once the it is finished. Dogs on leashes are allowed.
The gates close at night.
This cache should be reasonably easy to reach except the last
few feet will be thick foliage.
Please use stealth and conceal this cache well when you replace it.
