Geocache Description:

This micro is NOT accessible from PA 43 turnpike. It never will be, but it especially isn't now. You'll see why.

This microcache will take you up Alicia road up the hill where you will (at the time of the cache placement) be able to see some construction in the works, namely the bridge which will eventually carry the Mon-Fayette expressway section of the turnpike over the Monongahela river. No need to climb any fences or slide down any hills, this is a roadside attraction. Use caution if there is snow, this road is routinely plowed and salted in the winter, but it can still be rather dicey if there has been recent snowfall or ice.

Cache is a very small container with a metal lid which I have added a makeshift gasket to. Should be waterproof, let me know if it isn't or if the metal lid rusts over time. It's hidden exactly where you think it is. Don't believe me? See the hint. No magnetic tricks here, so please replace carefully where found. Enjoy the view and the smiley.

Update: The bridge is open now, but this cache still can not be accessed from PA-43 directly, but taking the Brownsville exit will get you to Alicia road.
