Geocache Description:

This is on the south side of Cheongyecheon. Do not search the lower trail, it's on the higher part.

Cheonggyecheon is a 5.8 km creek flowing west to east through downtown Seoul. During the 1948-1960 Cheonggyecheon was covered with concrete for roads. In late 1960's an elevated highway was built over it.

During 2000's, the massive urban renewal project is on the site of a stream, as the result, the creek became modern public recreation space in downtown Seoul.
