Geocache Description:





Back in the early 1800's,
right here on these grounds,
Norfolk and Winston Railroads merged with
Waypal Express Trucking Company
to offer the first 'Coast to Coast Overnight Service'

The wooded area where the cache is located served as a transfer station where trains were unloaded, and then smaller delivery trucks finished the route.

Their registered trademark was 'Absolutely, Positively, We will get you through it. There's Norfolk 'N Waypal we are gonna do it.'
