Geocache Description:

Fourteenth in a series of RIPTA bus stop caches.

Use your caching sense to find this one and resist the obvious. "Could" be found at night but would be much more difficult. Muggles are abundant in the area. Parking is available. Cache hidden using an eXplorist GC with accuracy at 16 feet.
