This is a series of 10 caches including a bonus find, that takes you on a circular walk of approximately 2.5m that starts in the Dorset village of Tarrant Keyneston , and visits Tarrant Crawford , that includes some great views. Parking for 2/3 cars is available at the start of the trailway a waypoint is provided.
The trail follows public footpaths and bridleways that will be muddy after rain. Each cache has its own terrain rating and due to the paths becoming muddy and some of the cache retrievals this is not a wheelchair friendly series. Also follow the countryside code as livestock may be present.
You are looking for various cache containers, some of which will contain a letter, for a number code to enable you to find the bonus cache.
Waypoints are provided for parking and stages of the trail to keep you on the right path. Whilst completing our series you pass the village church of Tarrant Crawford where you could find Footsore & Weary’s church micro cache (GC1VWKN ).
The above co-ordinates are not the location of the bonus cache, you will need to work out the co-ordinates from the information you have gathered, using the following number sentence.
N 50. (C-D)(AX3). (B+C+D)(C+A)C
W 002 .06. (C-B)(C+B)(A+C+D)
The checksum for all the digits for the final location is 66.
You are looking for a small clip n lok container that when placed contained a logbook, pencil, a few swaps and a FTF prize.
Good Luck!!!
