Merit Badge College 2011 Traditional Geocache

This cache has been archived.

Ninja Reviewer: As there's been no cache to find for a long time, I'm archiving it to keep it from showing up in search lists, and to prevent it from blocking other cache placements.

Please note that if geocaches are archived by a reviewer or Geocaching HQ for lack of maintenance, they are not eligible for unarchival.

This cache was placed in honor of the new Boy Scout merit badge(Geocaching) and the students that took the first classes offered in the York District of the Palmetto Council. Scouts will watch the logs of this cache or one of the travel bugs in the container for a period of 30 days.

The container once held ketchup and has been painted to be less obvious. It is located in Clover's largest park with hours between 7 a.m. and 10 p.m. The original cache contents are a logbook, a pencil, 2 travel bugs, and small swag items. These trade items include Stretchy Animals, Googly Bands, Ben and Jerry's magnets, and patches from a previous Jamboree.

As I taught the Scouts, this cache allows us to practice CITO and leave things better than before we arrived.
