Halloran's Change Room. (A simple offset Multi cache)

The published coordinates are your starting point.

Located on Sunrise Point this structure was erected to commemorate the centenary of the Tanilba grant to Lieutenant Caswell. In what year was the structure made?

A little simple maths will give you the final hiding place.

e = b - a and
f = b - c - d

final coord's are

32 43.(311 + e)
151 59.(749 + ff)

(Note: if f = 4 then ff = 44)

There is public access to the cache and the cache is not on private property so there is no need to look in a front yard. Once you have found the cache be sure to walk around the block to get back to your car. It is public access all the way around.

Note 8/5/2011: I did say this was a simple offset multi and indeed calculating GZ should be simple enough but it seems the hide may be anything but simple so I have relented, a hint is now published.
