The Wells Wander is a 6 mile circular walk between Market Bosworth and Sutton Cheney, which is being released in stages. There are places to eat and drink at either end of the walk and it hopefully offers a nice mix of hides and challenges. The walk comprises a quiet gated metalled road and the Leicestershire Round footpath.
Take the 'Leicestershire Round' waymarked path from the kissing gate in the Bosworth Park Arboretum (not to be confused with the path heading southwards close to our Birds Need Friends cache.
This cache is another on the Leicestershire Round on the way to Sutton Cheney (if completing the route in a clockwise direction). This path can be muddy and uneven so is unsuitable for wheelchairs. This is a popular walk especially for dog walkers and families so stealth may be required.
The cache is at the edge of an area of mature woodland known as the 'Oak Ring', not to be confused with the memorial Oak Ring in Bosworth Park. A little further on you could also pay a visit to Nikijem's cache - 'Looking Glass'.
The cache is a camoed small lock lock box big enough for small swaps, coins and TB's.
