its a pretty simple park and grab.
but there is a twist: the last 3 digits of the latitude are wrong. to get the good coordinates:
1) take the year ut's lease on muni ends
2) divide that by 3
3) subtract the first 3 digits of their phone number
(no area code) from the result of #2
4) divide that by 8
5) round to the nearest whole number (no decimals/ fractions!!!!!!)
6) now subtract the year muni was originally built from the year it was opened to the public.
7) now take the number from #5 and subtract off what you got from #6
8) finally subtract off the number that makes this statement true: address number of muni/x = 290.1
9) subtract this number from the 300 part in the coords. treat 300 like a whole number not a decimal.
10) go get the cache!
watch out for mugglers from the street and golf course
