Lake Camp Traditional Cache

Permission for this geocache given to The Scout Master by the property owner, who was also a Boy Scout leader. It is located on private property. Please do NOT go through the gate, even if it is open.
My Boy Scout Troop used to come here for campouts on the lake. The church that sponsored the troop leased the property from the Army Corp of Engineers, and our Chartered Organization Representative (who gave the permission for the cache) lived here and allowed access through his property to reach the camping area.
However, the property is no longer leased by the church and can now only be accessed by boat, as the Corps required removal of all improvements, including the access road, so we no longer camp there.
YOU, however, can find a cache here.
You are searching for a tall pill bottle about 2.5" across. It is hidden completely from view. Be sure to replace the top securely so it does not fall from its hiding place.

This cache IS handicap accessible, but, if in a wheelchair, note that the ground is dirt/gravel at the cache, and slightly sloped.
Again, DO NOT GO PAST THE GATE. You can do this cache from the road side of the gate. You can pull off the road into the drive to park.
