Saido Water Park Multi-Cache

"Park" series, the second! It is the first Multi-cache.
"Saido Water Park" is established in the down stream left bank of
Matsunuki Bridge, the bank inland of Oppe River.
Other than two or three parking space, there are an arbor and a
bench.
As of February, there is not the flow of the water.
The position of the coordinate is a signboard of the park entrance.
The coordinate of the cache is as follows.

A hint has the rule of the calculation each. Please arrive at a
number I take the next hint into account, and to apply to a -
c.

The container is square Tupperware of 280mL. Logbook, ball-point
pen, geocaching memo, cash two enter inside.

「公園」シリーズ？第２弾！初めてのマルチキャッシュです。
「西戸親水公園」は松貫橋の下流左岸、越辺川（おっぺがわ）の堤内地に設けられています。
２～３台の駐車スペースの他、東屋とベンチがあります。設置日現在、水の流れはありません。
座標の位置は公園入口の看板です。
キャッシュの座標は次の通りです。
