Geocache Description:

This cache is located in Five Mile Cemetery. It is hid to bring you to one of the oldest cemeteries in Dallas County. Drive to the back of the cemetery and turn right. Enjoy this old cemetery.

This cache is dedicated to the Ledbetters, Brandenburgs, and Meyers and several of the founding fathers of southern Dallas County. Every old cemetery needs a cache to draw some people back to their ancestral history. This cemetery has two confederate soldiers and several famous citizens buried here. Enjoy the history and find another cemetery cache. At one time there was a Town named Five Mile around this area.
