E+L Treasure Traditional Cache
paulusbead: It's a real pity that the land owners have now decided to prevent access for the general public. Fencing is in the process of being installed together with 'Private Property - Keep Out' signs. Reasons for this are irresponsible dog owners.
I have kept the cache intact and am currently considering whether or not to place it in a more suitable location.

This is a small, plastic sandwich box packed full of goodies for children including a log book with a pen and pencil.
This is the first Geocache placed by my two daughters Lauren (14) and Ellie (11) and the track to it forms part of our daily dog walking route.
Located in woodland on an old pitmound next to a football field. It is probably best to park your car in the layby opposite the speed camera on the stretch of road that runs between Bennets Bank Island and the traffic lights in the centre of Ketley. Next to the layby you will find a track heading south following the old Great Western railway line. Note the remains of the old Ketley railway station platform on the left of the track.
