Pam's Cup of Tea Traditional Cache

It is my first cache hide that my wife actually provided me with the cache container. She is feeding the sickness.
The container comes from her favorite place to get her tea.
Please be very careful when parking for this one. Park on the North east corner of Rock Blvd and Mill St. And watch out for the drainage ditch on your right. The high difficulty/terrain is for the traffic and the parking. Probably better to do this when traffic is light. When I Placed this cache it was 2330 at night and almost no traffic.
