Opposite Greenham Common is New Road and situated at the end on the right is the grade 2 listed Greenham C of E Church (St. Mary's) built in 1876. There is a small parking area opposite the church. ( N 051° 23.281 W 001° 18.205 ) At the end of the road is a pedestrian footpath which leads down to Lower New Road and ultimately Newbury Racecourse.
**Formally Swinging in the Breeze**
As you walk down the footpath there is a wooded area on the left and housing on the right, about halfway down look out for the public footpath sign on the left and enter the woods, which do get very muddy...
This cache is on the way to GC2MXC3 Let it Rock and you are looking for a small plastic flip top camouflaged case which has a notebook and room for a few little items, possibly a geocoin or TB.
Watch out for the prickles !!
Co-ords are accurate to approx 16ft due to tree cover
