Relatively flat area, but not wheelchair accessable at GZ,
lots of parking near cache. No night time lighting, may want to search in daylight hours only.
While scouting this spot, a Cooper's Hawk perched on a nearby tree, watching with interest. Hence the title of this cache. Perhaps he'll watch you as well. Georgeous raptor!
The cache is a small lock-n-lock, camo'd. Room for small swag, BYOP.
