Located along the Glacial Drumlin trail near Dousman, WI. The cache is a camouflaged pill bottle. This trail is one of my favorites to bike on. Use caution when retrieving the cache especially in the spring or after rain. BYOP please.
Inside the cache was my first travel bug that I picked up on my first FTF, Mr. Greenthumb's "I'm 2'8" now."
The Glacial Drumlin Trail is open to bikers, walkers, joggers and roller-bladers. It is well-paved and plowed in the winter. Adult bikers (ages 16+) are required to purchase a state trail bike pass BEFORE riding on the trail. Not having it along with you will cost you a fine. Walkers, joggers, geo-dogs, children on bikes under 16 do not need a trail pass. The state trail bike pass is available as a daily or yearly pass. There is a self-pay station along the trail.
The Geocache Notification Form has been submitted to Brett Johanen of the Wisconsin DNR. Geocaches placed on Wisconsin Department of Natural Resource managed lands require permission by means of a notification form. Please print out a paper copy of the notification form, fill in all required information, then submit it to the land manager.
